I help small to midsized mission-driven organizations lead effectively through periods of change before it impacts employee engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.

Organizations I work with are often experiencing the compounding impact of uncertainty, accelerated change, and societal shifts and injustice outside of their organizations. Strategies, budgets, plans and processes are changing more rapidly than before and it strains their people, their work relationships, and ultimately, their team and organizational effectiveness.

I founded De La Loza Leadership to help leaders transform their leadership by leading from who they really are, not sacrificing who they are.

When I was an internal leader myself, I craved leadership development that helped me get to the heart of my challenges - not just give me information. I also wanted opportunities to build peer networks that didn’t exist for me in a smaller organization - because leading can be lonely!

As time went on, I felt a clear calling to meet this need.

So, I started De La Loza Leadership, and created the Grounded and Resilient Leadership™ framework to help leaders lead more effectively and sustainably, even in the hard seasons.

I use my rich leadership experience and strong coaching and learning & development acumen to create purposeful spaces for leaders to grow together and become the leaders they truly are.
